Mary-Jo’s rich experience extends across a number of industries, including building and construction, facilities management and maintenance, timber, manufacturing, transport and logistics, aviation, health and community services, the education sector, children’s services and universities, medical centres, financial services and technology.

Mary-Jo has also worked within large multi-national companies, and with small and medium size businesses and not-for-profit organisations. She is currently the Vice President of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria.

Working across different sectors has equipped Mary-Jo with an understanding of many kinds of businesses and organisations. She is adaptable and strategic in her approach and utilises her expertise and insights to help employers navigate and manage issues and mitigate risks in the workplace.

Mary-Jo has also worked for two trade unions which has enriched her experience in provision of advice, support and strategy to employers.

Mary-Jo assists employers to navigate the complex and ever-changing landscape of industrial and employee relations, compliance with occupational health and safety. This also includes undertaking pay audits to ensure employers are paying the correct minimum legal entitlements to their employees.
