MJD guided the company through as very challenging period where she supported us to minimise the impact of protected industrial action on ongoing operations, and following this helped us rebuild trust and confidence with the workforce and union to vote up our first Enterprise Agreement.
As well as this MJD has provided Fair Work Commission advocacy on behalf of the company for an unfair dismissal case, and provided advice in helping us restructure the business and ensuring we supported our employees throughout the process.
